How do I sign up to AdepaMart?

  • Look for the register tab at the top right of the homepage and click on it.
  • Fill in your personal details and when all fields have been filled, click on 'create and account’.
  • Make sure you read, understand and agree to our terms of use
  • You will receive a welcome email from mail@adepamart.com 

When you sign in to your account, you will be able to manage your account and buying activities:

  • Proceed through checkout faster
  • Edit your personal information
  • Update your address book and store alternative addresses
  • Check your order status
  • Benefit from rewards offers for members only

 

Do I have to register to start shopping?

You can choose to buy items  without registering as a customer and you can see your order details by following the link in your confirmation email. 

If you decide to register when buying your item, you can do it by simply choosing a password at the end of the checkout process. 

 

How does shopping work on your website?

When you see a product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on ‘Add to Cart’
  • You can also add the item to your cart and when you’re finished shopping, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.
  • At checkout, if you’re a new customer, you’ll need to fill in a few personal details and your chosen shipping address.
  • If you’re a returning customer, you will need to sign in and select your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and shipping & payment details.
  • A member of our customer support team will be in contact with you shortly thereafter to confirm your order and delivery preferences.

 

I'd like to sell my products on your website. How can I do this?

  • If you’d like to become an a vendor on  AdepaMart, contact us via sales@adepamart.com
  • You will be contacted by a member of our team for further discuss.

 

I can't find what I am looking for. What can I do?

  • We’re always keen to increase our product range and we love to keep our customers satisfied. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I’ve placed an order. When will it arrive?

  • At  AdepaMart you can expect delivery within the same day or the next. Orders within your delivery address district are delivery on same day. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched from our vendors, and you’ll be contacted by phone by an agent from AdepaMart on the day of delivery to confirm your availability.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

  • Our delivery agents always calls you before any delivery is made to confirm the details. If you are unable to be present, then delivery can be rescheduled within 3 days. If 3 unsuccessful attempts at delivery are made, your order will be canceled.

I haven’t received my purchase. What should I do?

  • If you have not had any contact from AdepaMart  3 days after ordering, then please call us on 0555598907 or email us at mail@adepamart.com. Make sure to quote your order number when you contact us – you can find it in the email sent as order confirmation.

Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my home?

  • Yes. AdepaMart delivers to the address of your choice – just make sure you enter this in the “shipping address” field at checkout.

I’d like to pick up my item instead of having it delivered. Is this possible?

  • Yes. You can pick up your order from the our vendors warehouses. Contact ue to make the arrangement.

Where is your office located?

  • The AdepaMart corporate office and warehouse are located in the Moole street - Dansoman, Accra

How can I pay for my order?

AdepaMart makes shopping super convenient with several payment options to choose from:

  • Cash on Delivery: Place your order and pay cash on delivery
  • Pay with your VISA, MTN mobile money, AirtelTigo Money, Vodafone Cash and more

    Kindly enter your order number and full name in comments/remarks while making the transfer / deposit. 

    Our team will proceed with your order upon receipt of the transfer/deposit.
